We have always operated the business from March through October, but new owners could operate 12 months a year as the rental demand maintains year round. This business has been profitable since day 1 and continued to grow as we expanded our fleet.
We began with 2 campervans and eventually expanded to 16 and operated three locations (Denver-Phoenix-Salt Lake City) but have decided to scale back to just the Denver location as the other locations were profitable but we did have higher rent and labor costs and just decided focus on the core, most profitable market . We have paired down the fleet to a group of newer, low mileage units. New owners could choose to expand to other cities, expand the fleet in Colorado or simply run in the current model as a highly efficient, profitable and low stress business.
Our current location in Colorado is absolutely ideal in terms of convenience for the renters and is very low cost with an assumable long term lease or new owners could relocate if they choose.

However, we can give very accurate details on average rental pricing, length of rentals, anticipated monthly volume as well as expected operating expenses to run the business.
The assets include the state of the art custom campervans, all furnishings and supplies, and additional rental equipment (bike racks, luggage racks, etc). It also includes an established, trademarked brand, URL, website, booking software that includes detailed reporting.
