- All machines are in good working condition. This is a working shop. Machines are of different ages. We would buy one a year until we were complete.
We upgraded thru the years as well. We DO NOT OWN the building so, the machines would have to moved.

- This can be discussed with buyer. Since the buyer will need to move the equipment, I "might" consider going to wherever they move the equipment to, to train for awhile. This would truly have to be discussed in some detail.
