This Northern California based Custom Cabinet Manufacturer is selling their furniture, fixtures, equipment, inventory, licenses and permits. They were in operation until 2025, operating since 1980 and from their current location for the past 43 years. What is being sold is a state-of-the-art frameless cabinet manufacturing setup with optimized layout. There are no employees or customer backlog coming with the sale. In the beginning, the operations were face frame construction, which they still have a few pieces of equipment for located in a 25 foot by 50 foot face frame construction work cell. Nine years ago, they invested in new CNC machines and a streamlined layout that is designed for optimized manufacturing and throughput for frameless cabinets. These machines are state of the art and have been well maintained. Sheet yield optimization is done by cabinet vision software auto loader and labeler. The labeler loads sheets for router to pick up, thus there is no manual handling. The router cuts parts, drills for all hardware placement and dowelled box assembly. The router offloads parts to operator-controlled conveyor. All operations occur concurrently with operator control. They have a 1,547,000 BTU gas heated timed spray booth that is fully enclosed in 2,000 square feet and also a sectioned off prep and finish area. Spray booth ID is 27 feet by 18 feet by 9 feet. Current transferable legacy permits for dust collection, solvent based spray operations and hazardous waste are in place to triple current production output.
