On April 1, 2026 at 2:00 PM, all assets of Element 7 Chula Vista One, LLC; Element 7 Mendota, LLC; Element 7 Willits, LLC; Element 7 SF1, LLC; Element 7 Redwood City, LLC; PH Investments Group, LLC; and Element 7 Cathedral City, LLC will be sold via an out-of-court auction led by Court-appointed Receiver Kevin Singer. Assets include inventory, licenses, FF&E, intellectual property, and other intangibles. Sale is free and clear of liens.
Opening bid: $1,000,000 with $100,000 increments.
To prequalify, bidders must submit by March 31, 2026 at 5:00 PM:
(a) signed Rules for Out-of-Court Auction
(b) $100,000 deposit via wire/ACH or cashier’s check payable to Receivership Specialists
(c) proof of funds equal to or greater than intended bid
(d) evidence bidder qualifies to operate the business pending license transfer.
