I founded United Protection Security Services (UPSS) with a vision of building a professional, dependable security company that clients could trust. Since then, the business has grown into a profitable operation serving commercial, educational, residential, and community clients throughout Pennsylvania.

Today, UPSS generates nearly $4 million in annual revenue with strong EBITDA, recurring client contracts, established operating systems, and an experienced management team. The company provides armed and unarmed security, mobile patrol, school security, event security, and other customized security solutions.

Over the years, I have invested heavily in building the infrastructure of the business, including documented policies and procedures, training programs, scheduling and reporting systems, recruiting processes, and a leadership team capable of overseeing day-to-day operations.

I have made the personal decision to sell because I need to dedicate more time to family health matters and pursue a career in law enforcement.
