The License
A New Jersey plenary retail consumption license (Type 33) issued by the Borough of Hopatcong is offered for sale on a license-only basis. A Type 33 is the broadest retail license in the state for an operator: it permits on-premises sale of beer, wine and spirits, plus the sale of packaged goods in original containers for off-premises consumption.
