Promotions: The business has had an increasing number of popups in the store. These are small vendors that sell a variety of goods of interest to our customers.. They bring the vendors in at no charge and it is a mutually beneficial partnership bringing visibility to each other by sharing customer bases.
The business also maintains a rewards program on the store’s Clover POS platform: there are over 40k customers in the database, and the Rewards Program has over 14K active users.

Employees/Staff
The current owners practice “servant leadership” and believe the staff are their most important assets and communicate openly and regularly with the team. The staff are cross trained. The store operates with the equivalent of three FTEs and has very low turnover. Each “bobarista” ranges from $16.30/hour to $17.95/hour before tips.
