Asset Sale Description
Current owner Produced over $1 million in sales lin 2025, the third year operating from owners home in rural Arkansas This was done without additional employees (owners wife helped with cleaning up the cars). Gross margin on sales was over 40% and net profit was over 20% Plus owners salary of 60,000 and other owner perks.

Inventory is ordered online, mostly from suppliers in Japan who arrange ocean freight via Roll On Roll Off shipping lines. Vehicles are paid for at time of order and scheduled on an upcoming ship to Freeport Texas , the port of entry we use. We have had shipments vary from one to 14 units. Once the vehicles have arrived and our broker clears US customs, they are transported by our contract hauler to our location from the port. Once the arrive here, they are evaluated, photographed and listed for sale on the website as well as social media. Total paid advertising for 2025 was only.$644! Current owner has sold very few units to drive by customers. We are a member of a freight listing service that helps us with any shipments to retail customers or could arrange shipping from the port if ever necessary, without using freight broker services.

Current owner is a life long auto enthusiast, is mechanically inclined and has accumulated the tools and equipment to do some minor repairs himself. If the new owner is not able, or does not want, to do this a relationship with a local mechanic, hiring someone, or just discounting or wholesaling the few units that need repairs will be necessary. Most inventory only requires a wash and basic make ready. Also no rent has been paid or expensed by the current owner. The new owner will need to have, or obtain, a business location that will support obtaining a Used
Car Dealer License. This could be an excellent add on to an existing auto dealership operation. The business could be located almost anywhere state regulations allow the vehicles sold.

Moving the business to a more retail oriented and or populated location would certainly increase sales. Moving closer to a port of entry could reduce costs.

Additional profit centers could result from offering service or parts, expanding wholesale operations etc.. Current owner has done limited wholesale to other dealers, this could be expanded. A possible alternative business model might be to set up licensed dealers with consigned inventory possibly allowing operation with a Wholesale Dealers license which can be easier to obtain and maintain as well as minimizing space needed for inventory storage.

The business currently serves three distinct customer groups. Rural Property owners and physical plant operators and outdoor enthusiasts who view Mini Trucks as an ideal and more useful alternatives to traditional UTVs and Side by side recreational vehicles or Golf carts. Rural mail carriers who need Right hand drive vehicles for their Routes and import car enthusiasts who want to own unique vehicles that were never offered for sale in the USA. The sale will include URLs for possible future use for landing pages tailored to these individual segments.
