The current Tenant, Fairhaven Yacht Sales, has been a Tenant there since 2016 and pays $3,705 /mo. on a "Month-to-Month" tenancy, There are two (2) leases that need to be paid by Owner: 1) the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) at $3,165 (annually), and 2) the Town of La Conner Sub-Lease at $1,535 (annually). Both Leases extend to 2034 with a presumed 12-year Extension. The DNR is also requiring $50,000 in improvements to the dock by 2028, but the Owner has already secured construction permits to complete the work.
