Technology Overview:
Traditional tank gauging often requires applying disposable water-finding paste to a gauge line, lowering the line into the tank, waiting for a reaction, reading the color change, cleaning the paste off, and repeating the process at the next tank. The process works, but it is messy, repetitive, wasteful, and outdated.

Brine Line™ is designed to replace that paste-based workflow with a reusable visual water-contact coating applied directly to gauge lines and related manual fluid measurement tools. When the coated section contacts water, it produces a visible color response at the water-contact point. After removal and drying, the coating is designed to return toward its original state for repeated use.

Brine Line™ has demonstrated visible real-time water detection in controlled proof-of-concept trials, validating the core technology concept.
