- The sale includes all paper map inventory remaining as of the closing date. Current inventory includes thousands of folded fishing, national park, hiking and outdoor recreation maps covering major destinations throughout Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Utah and New Mexico.
As of September 15, 2026, inventory totaled approximately 12,125 paper maps, with a stated wholesale value of $54,699 and retail value of $108,791.75. We will continue selling maps through December 31, 2026, so the final quantity will be determined by a physical inventory count at closing.
No real estate, vehicles, office furniture or production equipment are included. The maps are manufactured by outside commercial printers, allowing the buyer to continue production without purchasing specialized printing equipment.

- Transition Support
- he seller will provide up to six months of transition support and training following closing. This will include an organized transfer of the design and map archives, product specifications, printing procedures, vendor relationships, wholesale account history, website and digital-map operations, pricing history and general order fulfillment practices.
The seller will also make reasonable introductions to important customers, vendors and platform contacts when appropriate. Up to 40 total hours of training and consultation will be included, with concentrated assistance during the first 30 days and scheduled telephone, email or video support during the remaining five months.
