Operating a Family adventure & Boat Cruise, PirateLife.ca and an Escape Room & Boat Cruise in Toronto since 2014, Ottawa since 2009, & Hamilton since 2023 this is a turn key summer seasonal business! There are 4 vessels for sale. This is an asset sale (the boats)


Operating from May to October, weekends in May & June, 7 days a week in July & August, and weekends in September & October this is the ideal opportunity that will allow you to work half the year and vacation the other half anywhere you want.

Transport Canada Certified Pontoon Vessel with twin Yamaha 115HP outboard gasoline engines (2023, 1000 hours each)

40 feet long, 12 feet wide, 13’ tall. (Transportable by low boy trailer, we have a driver lined up)


24 functioning water cannons, head (washroom) 100 life jackets, adult, children and infants + all the required safety equipment including life rings, life raft, etc

Captains Licences
A licensed captain is required, the certification necessary is the Small Vessel Operators Permit, the Small Domestic Vessel basic Safety, the Marine Basic First aid and the Restricted operators certificate - a cost of $1500 and a time commitment of 7 days 9-5pm.


The Staff
Hourly wages for seasonal staff start at $18, and go up to $32 for experience staff who have been with the company 10+ years. Staff include Captains, Entertainers & Administrative Staff
Take on the administration & management yourself and save $30 000 in wages / year


Owners Involvement
The current owner works 2-3 hours a week remotely managing and supporting the team. With additional hours at start up and shut down to keep the vessels in ship shape.


Reason for Sale
Moving to Europe. After growing and establishing this business as a staple in Ontario the owner is seeking further seas and moving with his wife to Europe.


Profit Margin
Operating at a 25% profit margin, the future owner could earn up to 25% more by taking on the work hours nominally increasing ticket prices and seeking additional revenue streams.
