For family reasons, we are relocating to another state and taking our concept with us. As a result, we are offering our restaurant equipment, furniture, liquor license, and other restaurant assets for sale. Please note that the artwork is not included in the sale.

The landlord requires any interested party to demonstrate an appropriate business background, fulfill certain requirements, and submit a business plan for approval of a new lease. Our current lease runs through January 2027. We have an offer to renew, but we have not renewed yet in order to avoid unnecessary double paperwork and to give the new operator flexibility.

If an interested party would like to take over and start operating as soon as possible, we can work with the landlord and make the necessary arrangements to establish a timeline that works for all parties involved.
