I have more jobs than I can handle on my own and I don't want to hire employees, so I'm looking for aspiring entrepreneurs ready to do some hard work for fair pay as sub contractors, with the potential to grow their own business in the future.

I have 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur with success in finance, marketing, sales, and operations. I have discovered an industry I really enjoy, and my marketing and sales ability has exceeded my capacity to perform all of the jobs.

I am selling 15K worth of exterior cleaning equipment for a fair price. If all you want is the equipment it's available for 15K. (I have multiple set ups). It includes a 7-8 GPM pressure washer, trailer, water tanks, and all the tools needed for exterior cleaning including roofs, solar, gutters, concrete, exterior walls and fences.

If you're interested in going through training with me to get certified to clean roofs, and are willing to maintain the proper insurance policies and adhere to performance standards set out in a sub-contractor agreement, then I will guarantee 2k per month of sub-contracted roof cleaning jobs for 12 months. This will require about 3k worth of insurance (this is included in the 20K total price and not paid to me, I will help you get the insurance directly with a trusted provider).

With the certification program I will also offer the option to purchase one of my existing routes with 90% owner financing after 12 months of successful sub contracting. At the end of 12 months, you will pay 2K up front towards the route and will owner finance another 18k over 18 months. This will include a licensing agreement to leverage my brand name, as well as all of the software, marketing, and sales systems and mentorship you will need to successfully build up your own business, with a continuation of guaranteed sub contracted jobs at the rate of 1K per month of another 18 months.
