EQUIPMENT CONDITION

The equipment is used and was believed to be operational when it was decommissioned. Certain processing equipment has been stored outdoors for approximately one year and has not recently been placed back into regular service.

All assets are offered as-is, where-is, without warranties or guarantees. Prospective buyers are encouraged to inspect, test and independently verify the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic condition of each asset before purchase.

• Final inventory and terms are subject to a written asset-purchase agreement
