I started this in 2020 as a passion project and grew it to $250k–$300k in annual revenue through seasonal operations. I designed the brand and product, equipped the truck and kitchen, secured all inspections and licenses, established a high-end ingredient supply chain, and sold cookies in the Dane County Farmers' Market, retail locations, and events across Wisconsin.

I run another company, so I handed Wonder Cookie to a general manager, and it ran profitably with a dedicated team. The general manager and I had a difference of opinion, so I scaled back operations to focus on my main business.
