Benefits

  • From day one, an onboarding team will walk alongside the new operator and follow an onboarding checklist, checking off items that will be required to open up the business. The new candidate will then work with our Local Marketing team to implement a marketing strategy to help generate brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Before opening, new operators will spend 1 week at the home office, located in Oakville Ontario, where they will learn all about Bin There Dump That and our proven business model. Then, new operators will travel to one of three National Training Facilities where they will spend 1 week learning the business by actually spending time in the truck and spending time in the office learning all the ins and outs of the business.
  • Upon opening, new operators will work 1-on-1 with a Franchise Support Coach, helping them open up their business. They will then work with their coach regularly on a weekly/bi-weekly or monthly routine. All coaches will lean on the proven business model to guide their operators to success.

We host an annual business development conference at a different location each year.

"Do I consider this to be a good business? Yes! It allowed me to be a part of my kids life as they grew up. Now, it also allows us to create opportunities for our kids to grow and be a part of the business. It’s been fun to see them join and be a part of it."

Peter and Sue Maier – Bin There Dump That, Omaha

"We transferred from the corporate world. We always thought this was an interesting business so when we investigated it further, we saw the opportunity to create the life we wanted. We have grown now to 4 trucks, 11 employees and over 100 dumpsters."

Chandi McMillan – Bin There Dump That, Mobile & Huntsville

"I think my favourite part about going through the entire process with Bin There Dump That has been the support team. I cant say, looking back I ever thought, gosh, I really want to own a dumpster rental business. The development team forces us to go through the process and do our due diligence. They forced us to do research on the competitors and research where to get rid of the waste. They really ensured that we left no stone unturned and forced us to make the right decision."
