Introduction

My name is Sung Il Kim, and I am the owner of Transworld Business Advisors of Atlanta East.

Before becoming a business broker, I was a business owner myself. I built and operated a successful e-commerce company that reached 8-figure annual revenue and later sold the business with the help of a Transworld broker. That experience gave me firsthand appreciation for the value of having the right advisor, the right process, and the right buyer when selling a business.

Because of that experience, I understand what business owners go through when they start thinking about selling — the emotions, the uncertainty, the confidentiality concerns, the financial preparation, and the importance of finding the right buyer.

That firsthand experience is one of the biggest reasons I became a business advisor. I wanted to help other business owners navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives with proper guidance, preparation, and a clear process.

    Sung holds a degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida. His background includes e-commerce operations, business ownership, sales, negotiation, buyer communication, financial review, and transaction coordination.
