In addition to his extensive experience selling businesses and as an entrepreneur, he formerly led multiple IT organizations within a Fortune 50 company. His vast experiences have taught him to apply a very calculated and technological approach to selling businesses. He believes all profitable businesses can sell quickly when priced and marketed properly. Being responsive, educated, patient, and adaptive has helped his clients enjoy higher sales proceeds, lower tax implications, and reduced liability.

He has earned the esteemed Certified Business Intermediary designation by International Business Brokers Association. Staying up to date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices separates him from competitors and results in higher sales prices and lower risk for his clients.

He graduated cum laude with a degree in Telecommunications Management, and magna cum laude with a Masters in Business Administration. He attended Cal Poly Pomona, DeVry University, and Keller Graduate School of Management.
