Gary’s professional career started as a proven leader at building companies through execution of superior operations; fiscal management; strategic marketing and team building. He managed and then later purchased BLR Sign Systems; a premier Silicon Valley advertising and sign company in 1999. Through a strategic plan of growth and market positioning he effectively repositioned the company as a leader in the industry and sold it for a 400 percent profit within 6 years of taking ownership.
As a real estate advisor Gary has facilitated his client’s companies in making the best strategic real estate decisions to further their growth and expansion plans and moving toward an exit (sale or merger) strategy when required.
