Antonio Gutierrez, an experienced Business Broker, is now a valued member of Amerivest Group.
Originally from Venezuela, Antonio holds a degree in Urban Planning and an MBA. He moved to the US in 2003, obtained his Real Estate License, and began his initial training as a Business Broker.
In 2006 he acquired and operated a trade-only- custom-made furniture factory in Fort Lauderdale until the business was sold in 2013. He then returned to business brokerage activity, using the experience gained as a business owner, to help sellers and buyers of businesses achieve their goals.
Antonio has participated in numerous successful transactions in varied industries: personal services, commercial laundry, dry cleaners, restaurants, property management agencies, to name a few, always able to generate new ideas and solutions to overcome any hurdle in the road.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Antonio proudly serves Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties.
