Paul is experienced in marketing and business development in an array of industries including banking, retail, fashion, design, multimedia production, and publishing. Three decades of diverse experience has fostered an eclectic perspective that permits him to quickly perceive market opportunities and adapt strategies to optimize the value of enterprises.

Corporate experience includes JCPenney, Saks Fifth Avenue, and technology publishers United Business Media and Elsevier. His education—including a BS in marketing from St John’s University, an MBA in finance from New York University, and, perhaps most importantly, the purchase and subsequent sale of his own book publishing company—helps him in the business development, strategic planning, M&A activities, and marketing required to buy or sell a business.

An avid swimmer, bicyclist, and bridge player, Paul understands the importance of having a game plan and coming up with creative solutions to surmount challenges. His experience in personal and corporate acquisitions can help you craft and execute a plan to reach the optimal deal.
