Introduction

Eric Mendelsohn is the founder of Archveo Advisors, a New York-based M&A advisory firm focused on helping business owners successfully transition out of their companies.

After seven years advising business owners through transactions, Eric launched Archveo Advisors to bring a more disciplined, structured, and data-informed approach to lower middle market transactions. He has been recognized as a four-time Presidents Club award winner and has advised on a wide range of transactions across service, real estate-adjacent, and owner-operated businesses.

Eric works closely with owners navigating major transitions -particularly those considering retirement or a significant change in direction. His process focuses on preparation, positioning, and controlled execution, helping clients maximize value while reducing friction throughout the transaction.

Based in New York, Eric works with clients nationally while maintaining strong relationships across the NY Metro business and advisory community.
