Born and Raised in Walnut Creek, CA., Cole has been able to see the Bay Area transform and grow from what it once was, and continues to see what its potential can be. As an Eagle Scout, he was always able to prove himself in problem solving situations. Cole has always been fascinated by peoples personal stories, and helping them achieve their goals is what he feels is his calling. After working in the Industrial Glass Industry for 10+ years, he decided it was time for a new challenge in life, hence his transition into Commercial Real Estate. Since joining the AYANA RETAIL team, Cole has found himself working with Food Network featured restaurants like Gerard’s Paella, securing premier real estate for award winning Curry Pizza House, and has worked with franchises like Papa Murphys on business acquisition and disposition. He has been part of AYANA’s National Real Estate Expansion Team working with DOUGHP whom was featured on Shark Tank. His philosophy is that the key to any relationship is communication and feels that building strong relationships is the link to everyone’s success. If he is not at the office or in a meeting, you’ll most likely find Cole with his Wife and Daughters, or playing 18 holes at his local Golf course.
