Broker Biography
Introduction
Roman Drukarov is one of the principal members the Commercial Real Estate Division of Berkshire
Hathaway HomeServices based in Livingston, NJ. Roman graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rutgers
Business School in Newark, NJ where he received his Bachelor of Science in Finance.
After graduation, Roman launched his career as a Mortgage-backed Security Pricing Analyst for the
Ally Financials’ Capital Markets trading floor where he priced and bid on bulk mortgage offerings for
the retention of Mortgage Servicing Rights. It was at Ally, where Roman acquired his knowledge in
financial and economic analysis and gained a passion for real estate and which his clients rely on him
for in their decision-making process.
He later went on to accept a position with Verizon Wireless’ Financial Planning and Analysis group
where he structured and managed a $150MM Information Technology budget for the CIO. After
climbing in rank, Roman was asked to help lead the largest initiative at Verizon Wireless in phasing out
their legacy systems by implement SAP for their Supply Chain Management software.
Roman is also the principal and founding member of Roman Properties where he manages a portfolio
of multi-family and commercial investment properties in Northern, NJ.
Roman has built a solid foundation of successfully guiding real estate investors, developers, general
contractors, portfolio owners and entrepreneurial buyers with both on and off-market commercial
real estate acquisitions, lease obligations, asset reposition and dispositions. In 2018 he earned the
BHHS Rising Star Award. Since 2018, Roman has consistently closed between 50-85 sided transactions
each year consisting of commercial leases, sales and portfolio disposition for retail, office, medical
office/healthcare, industrial, land, bank owned, multi-family assets and business sales. Roman has
consistently been one of the company’s top five producers in NJ and was ranked #1 agent in 2019 &
2024.
