Owner and founder of BLS Consulting, James Benincasa, is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Minnesota with a Mergers & Acquisitions Master Intermediary (M&AMI) certification, which is an elite designation that distinguishes its holder as a seasoned intermediary professional with a solid educational background, and proven accomplishments in completed transactions. This designation is exclusive to the M&A Source, a Division of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). Along with the M&AMI designation, he is also a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), another designation exclusive to the IBBA, as well as an accredited Business Intermediary (ABI), a designation exclusive to the American Business Brokers Association (ABBA).
