4. We will Broker all negotiations and submit to you all offers that we may receive from any prospective buyer.
5. If you are seeking a prospective (or existing) retail space for lease, for sale, or wish to purchase an ongoing hospitality business, we will meet with you in person to find out your specific hospitality requirements.
6.Once we have your specific retail requirements on file, we will act as your ‘Exclusive Broker.”
