Introduction
I have been involved in selling businesses and commercial real estate for the past 15+ years. Although I have been involved with many different types of businesses from dental practices, a music school and a kid's coding school, the past decade I have mostly been involved with the sale and leasing of restaurant opportunities for both buyers and sellers.
In addition, I have assisted many restaurant operators in finding new places for their restaurant. From the defining of requirements, touring possibilities, writing LOI's, and the negotiation of the lease, I have been involved in all aspects of securing a new lease.
