She works exclusively with business owners who are looking to exit their business through sale. Prior to starting her local brokerage in 2018, she worked over a decade in the global Fintech industry, developing international strategic partnerships, executing M&A projects, and negotiating contracts. She worked with worldwide organization such as Mastercard, J.P. Morgan and First Data, and has closed deals in the USA, in many European countries, as well as in Brazil, India, Australia and Nigeria. When you speak with her, you might notice a slight German accent, a reminiscent of Regina’s childhood in Vienna, Austria. She graduated from the Technical University of Vienna with a master's degree in Business Informatics, speaks four languages, and lectured International Business at UNC Wilmington. Regina's style is straight forward and deliberate, and she sets the pace with her contagious enthusiasm.

Jesse's first acquisition was the selling of his own multi-location retail operation. He then worked with a large private group as VP of Business development and Acquisitions. These experiences give Jesse a unique and valuable insight into main street and middle market business. Jesse lives in Eagle, Idaho with his wife and four kids. When he is not chasing kids, he loves downhill skiing with his family, golfing and his horses.
