Introduction
John M. Salony is an M&A Advisor and Business Broker. John has been an advisor on over 12 completed transactions in the last 18 months. Some of his recent transactions include a large Southeastern sawmill, a large family-owned beachfront restaurant, and a successful furniture business. As a small business owner, John understands the hard work and sacrifices owners have encountered when building and growing their establishment.
John’s experience and expertise includes valuation, market analysis, negotiation, financial analysis, and funding arrangement and sourcing. Prior to starting and selling his own business John worked for several Fortune 50 and smaller companies in the financial analysis field. John was vice-president in the global corporate investment banking group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
