I joined Business Brokers of Arizona after more than 20 years working for major corporations in diverse industries including grocery retail, foodservice, specialty retail, dairy, and beverage sales. I spent several years in sales, marketing, and general management until eventually achieving an Executive Board level position with a National Specialty Retailer headquartered in Phoenix. I earned an MBA from The Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, and bring a solid combination of experience, professionalism, and financial expertise to every transaction. I also understand the needs of small business owners as me and my wife Jill own a successful small business. I also enjoy playing golf and spending time and traveling with my wife and two daughters. Originally a Broker at the iconic Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri, Kyle brings experience and competency to business transactions. Kyle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Finance from Missouri State University and enjoys playing basketball, fishing, biking, and spending time with his wife, Cara. Amanda Tegtmeyer is a business broker with Business Brokers of Arizona, bringing 15 years of hands-on experience in growing and operating small businesses to every transaction. Prior to becoming a business broker, she helped propel a SaaS company onto the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing businesses. She also led a full-service marketing agency, where she scaled the team, streamlined operations, and guided the company through a successful exit. Amanda holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Finance from Arizona State University, an International Business Certificate, and studied finance abroad in Hong Kong.

Kim joined Business Brokers of Arizona after a successful entrepreneurial career in the marketing space where she founded, grew, and sold her past three companies. Her entrepreneurial journey is complemented by her corporate experience with Verizon’s Global Strategy Group out of Boston, where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions and venture investing across over a dozen industries including healthcare, cloud tech, automotive, education, transportation, virtual reality, IT and security, to name a few. Earlier in her career, Kim worked for a boutique investment bank in Chicago that provided sell-side M&A advisory services for the plastics, chemicals and packaging industries. Kim holds an MBA from Loyola University Chicago, a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Arizona, and a Master's Certificate in Strategy and Negotiation from Harvard University. Her achievements have earned her recognition as “Woman of the Year” by The BIG Business Awards in 2024 and as one of Inc. Magazine’s “12 Most Inspiring CEOs.” Kim enjoys camping, golfing, spending time with her husband, who owns a successful local remodeling business, exploring life with her adventurous daughter, and having cuddles with her English Labrador Retriever. Her extensive experience in building, managing, and selling businesses gives her a unique perspective that she brings to every business transaction, helping Arizona entrepreneurs achieve their goals.
