Aric has been involved in the ownership and brokerage of real estate for over 30 years. He brings an extensive knowledge of real estate and construction. He also served as the President of Classic Home Builders in the early 1980s through late 1990s where he purchased both distressed and historic properties for renovation. His expertise in historic preservation awarded Aric the Historic Restoration of the Year Award for the "Sycamore Acres" project in Montgomery County, Maryland. Born and raised in Maryland, Aric earned a B.S. in Business from the University of Maryland and resides with his wife in Olney, Maryland.
