Chartwell Business Advisors is a BCP Ventures, Inc. company. The CEO of BCP Ventures, Inc. is Betty C. Pickett, a long time staffing professional. In 2011, Betty sold her Atlanta-based staffing company, Ready Staff, and went to work for the M&A firm that brokered the sale, Chartwell Business Advisors. Today, Betty owns Chartwell Business Advisors. Chartwell exclusively serves the staffing industry. This depth of industry knowledge allows Chartwell to offer a level of service not available from other business brokers.
Chartwell can represent either buyers or sellers. We have clients throughout the U.S. in all staffing specialties. Negotiating an offer is just the start in Chartwell's process. We are there with our clients through every step of until transaction successfully closes.
