Introduction
The Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries (CABI) was formed in 1999 as a 501(c)(6) nonprofit corporation. CABI's state purposes are: providing opportunities for dialogue, education, advancement and improvement of all aspects of the business intermediaries profession through meetings, seminars, communications, publications, and other programs and activities; promoting and maintaining high standards of conduct, including promulgating a Code of Ethics, for the business intermediary profession; and articulating and advocating the needs and interests of the business intermediary profession before legislative, administrative and judicial branches of local, state and national government and agencies

Our Business Broker members provide professional listing, marketing, valuation and consulting services for buyers and sellers of businesses in Colorado. Our Associate members include attorneys, accountants, lenders, valuation professionals, financial advisors and business coaches.
