Since 2012 Dale has worked as a Business Broker and Commercial Real Estate Agent in Southeast Florida based in Palm Beach County, Florida. He currently operates as a Business Broker and a Franchise Broker offering a full line of services to people who wish to buy or sell a business.

Business Expertise includes financial analysis, negotiation, and planning. Dale’s business knowledge has proven to be very valuable for his customers.

Dale has significant experience in start-ups, business planning, acquisitions and turnaround situations worldwide. He has led and played a key role in many acquisitions that have ranged in price from $7 (yes, seven dollars for a $250 million revenue company) to $2.3 billion.

Dale worked in the corporate world for over thirty years as President, Vice President Finance, CFO, COO, Managing Director, Turnaround, and Business Consultant, among many other roles over a business and consulting career. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran who served almost eight years during the Vietnam War era.
With broad international experience having worked throughout Asia, Europe and Latin America, Dale understands the complexity of different cultures and how to work with cultural differences to ensure the best opportunity for Success.
