Jackie Ossin Hirsch

Introduction

Jackie Ossin Hirsch, is a licensed real estate broker and founder of Crowne Atlantic Properties, LLC which opened in 2004. Ms. Hirsch has been working in the business brokerage industry since 1998 and worked on over 400 transactions. Ms. Hirsch was born and raised in the Orlando area and has intimate knowledge of Central Florida business locations, neighborhoods, infrastructure and demographics. Ms. Hirsch is a graduate of the University of Florida, with a major in Business Administration and minors in Spanish and Latin American Studies. She also studied International Business at the University of Costa Rica, where she became fluent in Spanish. Ms. Hirsch has extensive business sales experience; including stock, cash, seller financing, SBA financing, and refinancing after-closing transactions. She is also a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) with the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). There are fewer than 1000 CBI’s worldwide.

Working with buyers from Latin America, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia and Africa, has given her a solid background in dealing with E2 and L1 Visas and helping individuals realize their dreams in the U. S. A.. Ms. Hirsch has sold hundreds companies in the state of Florida, with wide industry diversity including: Restaurants, Manufacturing, Service, Retail, Medical, and Technology related industries specializing in small companies with a value of $10MM and under. She has also provided opinions of value (360 Business Valuation) for estate planning, divorce, bankruptcy, partnership buyout, and for refinancing and testified as an expert witness for Divorce Court and Bankruptcy Court. Most recently, she has worked with selling confiscated business assets with the U.S. Marshall's office in Washington D.C.. Her perspective of being in the marketplace enables her to confidentially identify the right buyer, or investor group, for the right business opportunity. Mrs. Hirsch thrives on seeing her former buyers and sellers succeed with her involvement in their transactions and in their later business ventures.

Ms. Hirsch has won numerous business brokerage industry awards from the Business Brokers of Florida (BBF) and been a Million Dollar producer for every year since her second year in the business. She has served both on the local Business Brokers of Florida (BBF) board for 5 years and the State BBF Board. She has traveled to 30+ countries enabling her to relate to almost any buyer or seller.

Most recently won Honorable mention in 2015 for Top Volume of Sales in Central Florida.
