As business broker, I serve as a business transition specialist to consult and advise business owners as they consider the sale of their company. Services include business valuation, exit planning, business listing, marketing and overall transition support. Additionally, I help business buyers with custom searches and related services.

After a successful career with GE as Executive General Manager for their Corporate Global Business Services operation, I made a career change to become a business intermediary. I bring 30+ years of leadership experience and diverse knowledge of having led global teams, developing strategies, and handled ground-breaking transformations. I also bring to our team an extensive background in finance and accounting operations, relocation programs, employee benefits/HR services, supplier management and business travel; all of which may be integral when buying/selling a business.

I’ve lived in southwest Florida since 2008 and I’m involved with the community on different levels. Serving as Chairman on the Board of Trustees for the Thomas Edison & Henry Ford Winter Estates; the School Board of Bishop Verot Catholic HS; teaching at FGCU’s College of Business; and actively participating in my church has brought to me friendships with a diverse group of entrepreneurs, business owners, and investors looking for opportunity.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree (Finance & Marketing) in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Arizona State University.
