His career includes leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies such as PepsiCo, where he drove operational improvements and spearheaded key financial initiatives. JaRon has also partnered with minority-owned businesses to secure major contracts and strengthen procurement strategies. As both a former small business advisor and finance executive, JaRon blends analytical precision with practical insight into building, growing, and transitioning businesses.
