Daniel Jittu

Introduction

Former Global Business Council Chairman for the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee County, Mr. Jittu started his career in international affairs where he brought leaders from around the world into the United States. His first posting was hosting diplomats and executives from Mexico, Venezuela and Japan for two months in New College Sarasota. Later Daniel worked at a prestigious think tank and assisted in pre-policy for incoming US President Ronald Reagan. His primary focus was national security vis-a-vis ASEAN Nation and third world countries.

His global knowledge and keen intuition expanded his horizons into government security and international corporate development. In the late 1990s, Mr. Jittu assisted in the acquisition of over 87 companies with Merchant Banking specializing in the entertainment area. While in the entertainment area, Mr.Jittu structured film projects for one of the oldest privately owned film studios in the Hollywood/ Culver City area. Daniel and His wife moved to Sarasota, and he ran the US Open for Lawn Bowling. During this time, he was recruited to assist a friend with their residential real estate company.

Over the years Mr. Jittu, became a trusted advisor to owners and buyers in multi-asset space within the real estate residential and Commercial market along with brokering the buy and selling of businesses. He always said that food is one of the best ambassadors and the importance of multi-cultural understanding.
