David A. Alvarez, GEO Founder, President, and Broker of Record. While developing his own restaurant chain he owned and operated for over two decades, Mr. Alvarez gained comprehensive knowledge and extensive hospitality real estate experience in: Acquisition, Disposition, Assemblage, Budgeting, Management, Compliance, Zoning, Development, Marketing, Advancement, Funding, Shareholder Contracting, Operator Contracting, (JV) Joint Ventures, and Lease Negotiations with large commercial real estate companies like SIMON Property Group. Mr. Alvarez established GEO alongside a very dedicated TEAM in the state of New Jersey focusing on helping hospitality owners develop, sell, buy, grow, or simply retire from the industry.

Mr. Alvarez started his hospitality career at the age of 15. He has worked the gamut in the restaurant industry; 80-110 hours per week as a hands-on owner, 16 hours daily. He has a lot of gratitude for the industry. Mr. Alvarez graduated from Cliffside Park High School and studied Business Administration at Ramapo College in Mahwah. He became a restaurateur owner in 1999. He co-developed and co-owned the very popular Romanza restaurant in River Vale, New Jersey. In 2004, he founded, built, owned, and operated Banchetto Feast, Nanuet, New York and Banchetto Feast, Westwood, New Jersey.

The Culinary Arts and The Gastronomy world, is constantly evolving. Mr. Alvarez, believes in many ways a hospitality owner is reminiscent of a music artist. Artists like Louis Armstrong, Andrea Bocelli, and Caroline Campbell. They have unconventional work schedules, and stay in business by adapting. They evolve to new demands and ideals while maintaining integrity and quality to their craft. Their greatest joy is to see others enjoy their work. They really appreciate honest feedback. Mr. Alvarez understands the complexities of the industry, and how to get in, get out, expand, or simply retire.
