Jeff Shadrick

Introduction

Mr. Shadrick has been engaged in the sale of businesses as a business broker and business intermediary since 2004.

He has over thirty years experience with a large telecommunications company in the engineering and finance organizations. Skills include business process improvements, value analysis of new products, and valuation of business operation centers. Professional engagements include the analysis of the impact of mergers and acquisitions activities on client companies and management of multi-million dollar production and service facilities.

Mr. Shadrick is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BS in Engineering and Georgia State University with a Masters in Business Administration. He has been awarded the Certified Business Intermediary professional designation by the International Business Brokers Association.
