I have been selling businesses and real estate for over 25 years, I have lived on Hilton Head Island for almost 40 years and have been active in the community since I moved her in 1980. I have personally owned and operated dozens of restaurants, car washes, laundry mats, cleaning companies. I have also been in the marina business for many years as well. I have personally sold over 300 restaurants in Beaufort county not to mention many other types of businesses such as retail, laundry mats, jewelry stores, bike rentals and resort businesses.
I enjoy playing golf, off shore fishing, cooking and just about any outdoor activity. My parents were long time islanders and built the south beach marina back in the early 80's. When I was in college I worked for Charles Frazier many summers doing odd jobs for him and the sea Pines company before he sold sea pines resort.
