Introduction

Grayhill was founded by a father and son team--Joseph Gray Hill and Benjamin Gray Hill.  Joe and Ben realized brokering the purchase and sale of small businesses in Kentucky would be very gratifying because of their love for Kentucky, the state in which they were both born and raised, and because of their passion for successful businesses. The paths that led Joe and Ben to business brokering were different--Joe coming from a C-level corporate background and Ben coming from the world of advertising agencies--however, their vision for Grayhill Business Brokers was the same: Change the lives of small business owners in an extremely positive way.

We are both brokers and advisors! We provide education and consultation to business owners to help them prepare their business, and themselves, for entering the marketplace. Our services include preparation to attract the highest number of buyers, maximize market value, and plan an exit strategy. We do not charge you up-front for these services but are rewarded by earning a success fee at closing.
