Justin Bizer with Green Realty Group is without question someone you want to work with when looking for a new home. We met him by chance by calling his company to view a couple of homes. To be very honest, we just wanted to see the homes, and then I was going to call some of my old friends who are also in the realty business. However, when my fiancee and I met Justin we were impressed by his professionalism and charisma, so we decided to stick with him. Through the process, Justin was constantly adapting to our changing requests, and after we had settled on a location where we really wanted to live, he went into overdrive. We started bidding on a few homes, but in this market, it can be very difficult to obtain the house you want. When our first few attempts failed, he began thinking outside the box and figuring out ways to get us into the location that we wanted. Now, I'm not sure he would want us to publish his secrets, but you can ask him what he did for us when you contact him to help you.
