Her early professional years were spent as a software consultant at Accenture, where she honed her skills in strategic planning and project management.
Transitioning into real estate, Jennifer spent 15 years flipping properties throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, developing a keen eye for investment opportunities and an aggressive approach to negotiations. Jennifer is a member of the McCauley family with deep roots in Mount Pleasant, with her grandfather, Dr. L.C. McCauley starting a dental practice on the downtown square in 1942. Her father, Dr. Dan McCauley owns McCauley Dental & Implant center and has practiced dentistry for over 40 years in Mt. Pleasant. Jennifer & Jonathan are strong in their faith and their belief in giving back. They sponsor many local charities and events throughout Northeast Texas.
