He continues to demonstrate expertise identifying and capitalizing on market trends to develop and capture new business opportunities and grow market share. He is a dynamic communicator, skilled at developing relationships and a seasoned negotiator. John founded HSI with an ambition to utilize his passion for seniors and real estate. Over the past seventeen years John's companies have closed over $800M in real estate holdings. Formerly an owner of five businesses John has the in-depth knowledge of managing and running small businesses. Prior to starting Haven Group, John owned and operated a Keller Williams Realty office, a property management company, an executive suites business and a commercial brokerage. This mix of past experiences allows John to be the senior housing consultant he is today.
