Introduction

I grew up around small businesses. My family owned a deli, and I helped manage it at a young age. Since then, I've started my own ventures across different industries: a cleaning company, a web development and social media agency, software and apps, and a ghost kitchen. Some worked, some didn't, but each one taught me how businesses actually operate beyond the spreadsheet.

That hands-on experience, combined with my background in economics, finance, and software engineering, shapes how I approach deals. I understand what owners go through and what buyers need to know. I use financial analysis and modern tools to help business owners exit successfully and buyers acquire with confidence.
