Services Provided
*Sell-Side Engagements for companies wishing to maximize their return on investment through a strategic sale of the company. When we represent companies on the sell-side, our goal is to facilitate an auction environment in which the seller realizes the highest value by selling to the most qualified and fitting buyer.
*Buy-Side Engagements for strategic acquirers, private equity groups and individuals. If your goal is to acquire a company or companies, you needn't wait passively for deals to come to you. Such a strategy will most likely lead you to an auction table where the seller will be dictating the price and terms of the deal. When we represent buyers our goal is to facilitate the acquisition of companies not currently on the market--i.e. to facilitate proprietary deal flow to our clients.
