Broker Biography
Introduction
Edwine Michel is Co-Founder and President of Rocky Mountain Exchange LLC. Edwine is a Business Intermediary and licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker and is also a Director at The Regis Company. In this capacity, he puts his leadership expertise to work on helping organizations grow.
Edwine was a Senior Manager of Economic Evaluation, Global Business Development at Sanofi S.A., where he was responsible for the valuation and structuring of global licensing opportunities for the corporate strategy and business development group. His team conducted assessments and due diligence for numerous business transactions and partnerships.
Prior to joining Sanofi, Edwine was a Project Manager for various R&D and commercial programs and was an Associate at United Technologies, where he worked on strategy, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and JVs before joining the internal management consulting group at Fidelity Investments.
He earned his MBA at Boston University and holds a B.A. in Physics and B.S., M.S. degrees in Optics from the University of Rochester.
