Chris has also acquired many existing business and converted them to operate according to his model, and has sold his businesses that were under-performing or no longer made sense to own. My skill set encompasses Business Brokering, Lease negotiations, site selection, restaurant design, construction project management, training program development, recipe and menu ideation, brand expansion, and marketing strategy. In the local restaurant scene, I have successfully grown and developed renowned brands such as Four Green Fields®, expanding the iconic Irish pub with two new locations, including one at Tampa International Airport. I Have also spearheaded the creation of a local Brand McArthur’s Irish Pub®, which earned the title of Best Irish Pub in Tampa Bay in 2020 and 2022.
